A beautiful day out. Sometimes even when it’s gloomy and your photo day seems doomed a little patience pays off. This was one of those days. Seemingly overcast, grey midwinter. Just as I went to call it quits the clouds broke. Rendering most of what I shot the previous two hours useless. If you make photographs you know what I mean. Maybe those shots aren’t useless, but they are just not the same. Anyways I was standing in an open field woooping! When I noticed something even more exciting. Some people on the peak that I was shooting (Malans Peak.) Hope you are all having a decent Sunday! Also adding some fun fire hydrant shots I took. It’s kind of weird. Do they have stories? They’ve had to have been a round a while right? Seen some things? Well they have a fun texture and color about them. Maybe you will think so too! Is the word “Slaps” still used how I used to use it?
